  • We are based in Mexico City. All our products are crafted in our local workshop. We take pride in sourcing almost all of our materials from Mexico whenever possible.

  • Currently, we don't have a showroom. We are focusing our efforts on enhancing our online infrastructure.

  • We do not offer a physical or PDF catalog. As we're constantly innovating and introducing new products, the most up-to-date information about our offerings can be found on our website.

  • Yes, we provide customization in terms of dimensions and finishes for all our furniture pieces.

    Please note, customization may come with additional charges.

  • Customers interested in receiving samples will be responsible for handling the shipping.

  • All our products are made to order. Typically, the lead time for standard products ranges between 9 to 12 weeks, not including shipping. Special pieces or sculptures might have an extended lead time.

  • We require a 100% upfront payment for all orders. Payments can be made via wire transfer or credit card through PayPal. Please note, a 6% service fee will be added to the total quotation for all PayPal transactions.

  • Absolutely. All credit card details sent through PayPal are encrypted for maximum security. The checkout process is completely secure via their server.

  • Certainly! You can place an order via email. Just provide us with your contact details, the product you're interested in, and your shipping address. We'll then share the necessary payment details.

  • Shipping costs are determined based on the product size, weight, and delivery location. We provide worldwide shipping through FedEx or DHL. Kindly note, JOEL ESCALONA STUDIO only facilitates freight services offered by third parties. Customers bear responsibility for any related import/export taxes and customs paperwork. We aren't liable for damages during shipping or customs-related delays.

  • For orders within Mexico, JOEL ESCALONA STUDIO will calculate and add tax fees to your total before checkout. For other countries where taxes and duties can't be predetermined, they will be payable upon delivery to the courier.
